We may collect your name, email address, phone number, booking details, access needs, communication preferences and information you choose to share with us.

Where relevant to the support requested, this may include sensitive information about disability, health, education, family circumstances, benefits, support needs or safeguarding concerns.

2. How we use your information

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange bookings, prepare for sessions, deliver services, keep proportionate records, manage payments and meet legal or safeguarding responsibilities.

3. Documents and session notes

If you send us paperwork, we use it only for the purpose of preparing for or delivering the agreed support. We aim to keep notes factual, relevant and proportionate.
